Overview

The R.I.S.E. Demonstration Center in the Congress Heights neighborhood of Washington, DC is a technologically enhanced, flexible function space for events with less than 300 attendees. The Center features two large conference rooms on the main level both equipped with projectors, surround sound system and theatre style lighting for an easy user experience. The venue is ideal for conferences featuring a keynote and breakout sessions, hands-on-learning experiences, seminars, esports, film screenings, community meetings and celebrations of all kinds.

Originally constructed as the St. Elizabeths Hospital Chapel, when the city began the renovation and technology upgrade they engaged the community to name the facility and they selected the name R.I.S.E., which stands for Relate, Innovate, Stimulate and Elevate.
